It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Property is very clean and service is EXCELLENT. The room was so big.
We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Everything here was modern, staff and location were very good.
the staff were helpful, and the bed was nice, we didn't want to leave. we spent evenings at sorel's bar & lounge, situated 400 meters from the hotel. anne frank house was within a 25-min walk - very convenient.
Very small room.
The location of the hotel is good, central and at the same time far from what has been the most transient areas. It is a very quiet area where you can rest very well. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the area and if you are going to stay in this hotel, the bus 397 that leaves from the airport leaves you very few meters away. The staff is attentive and friendly. The wifi was working properly. At the reception they have water, apples, coffee and cookies all day long to be consumed for free. Recommended.
- We asked for an upper triple room, I was expecting three beds, and it was two beds and a sofa bed. The sofa wasn't uncomfortable, but it's always better to sleep on a bed than a sofa. - There's no general light in the room. There are several lamps in different areas but not a general one so there were times when we had all the lights on. The tap in the bathroom was a bit high. Otherwise everything was fine.
Location super! Clean bed linen and lots of towels. Soft pillows. Light cheque in and cheque out. Price
Poor assortment for breakfast
convenient location in side street off main road
This hotel is not easily accesible for older people with knee problems because you have to climb a few stairs to get into the hotel and to the breakfast room. The bath room was very small. Neither of us were able to get our leg over into the bath tub. Front desk staff very friendly. No shower stool available, towels were old and se raggedy, no safety mat for tub.
away from very busy areas so not bothered by drunken tourists rampaging around until all hours
No fresh milk in the room and quite cramped
The location is good
The hotel is really worn out. Dirty old wall papers, broken furniture, brokes tiles in the bathroom. It was also really noisy, you could hear everything from the hallway and rooms nearby.
The rooms were huge and the shower was fantastic.
Basic facilities, the room wasn't exactly modern. The receptionist made us all pay upfront for our rooms when we were soaked through as caught in the rain and was desperate to get into our rooms. Don't understand why we had to pay for the service before we used it.
The hotel was in a good location, clean and tidy with friendly reception staff.
The room was a bit on the small side. TV did not work very well, but this was corrected on the same day we mentioned it to reception.
hotel is in a very nice area.2 min walk to trams & close to museums & park.hotel is very clean& quiet but still only a couple of mins from great jazz clubs & entertainment.
We had a very big room for the whole family (4 beds), very comfortable. The room was very quiet, we didn't hear anything from the other rooms. The location is great, 5 minute walk from the entertainment center Leidse square
No negative comments, the hotel was perfect for a city trip with a family
The position of the hotel was very convenient for the centre. Situated in a quiet, respectable area too. Very satisfied with the stay.
My wife felt some of the public areas were not as clean as they could have been. Dust and cobwebs on the skirting boards for example.
